Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the WiseIQ mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
WiseIQ is a personal finance matching application that calculates a Financial Health Score based on self-reported financial information and provides users with a curated list of financial products — including credit cards, personal loans, savings accounts, investment platforms, debt relief programs, and insurance products — that may be relevant to their financial profile. WiseIQ earns referral fees from financial product providers when users apply for and are approved for products through the App.
WiseIQ is not a financial adviser, broker, dealer, investment adviser, or credit counselor. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal, or credit advice. The Financial Health Score, match results, offer rankings, improvement tips, action plans, and educational content provided by WiseIQ are for informational and educational purposes only.
You should consult a qualified financial professional before making any financial decision, including applying for credit, taking on debt, or making investments. WiseIQ's match results are estimates based on self-reported data and do not constitute a guarantee of approval or a recommendation to apply for any specific product.
WiseIQ participates in affiliate marketing programs. When you tap "Apply Now" on an offer and are approved by the provider, WiseIQ may receive a referral fee from that provider. This fee is paid by the provider — not by you. You will never be charged by WiseIQ for any service.
The existence of a referral relationship does not influence the ranking of offers in the App. Offers are ranked based on fit for your Financial Health Score, not by the size of any referral fee.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use WiseIQ. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
WiseIQ relies on the financial information you self-report during onboarding. You agree to provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge. WiseIQ does not verify the accuracy of self-reported data and is not responsible for match results that are inaccurate due to incorrect information you provide.
The App contains links to third-party financial product providers. WiseIQ is not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party website or service. Your interactions with third-party providers are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. WiseIQ is not a party to any agreement between you and a third-party provider.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WISEIQ DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WISEIQ AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP OR ANY FINANCIAL DECISION YOU MAKE BASED ON INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE APP.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WiseIQ and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
WiseIQ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through an in-app notice or by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
